Building Hope in Siaya
We thank God for the opportunity to visit Karariw School in Siaya County — a public institution serving over 1,000 students across primary, junior secondary, and special needs sections.
The Special Needs unit cares for 27 children facing hearing and vision impairments, orphanhood, jigger infections, and developmental difficulties. We shared hope through 130 books, crayons, pencils, modeling clay, and snacks. In the Junior Secondary section, students testified how earlier Bible resources transformed their lives — strengthening their leadership, maturity, and faith. Their request was simple: more materials to keep growing in God's Word.
Next Steps: Provide food and clothing support · Buy uniforms for pupils in need · Mobilize donations of clothes, shoes, and toys · Explore daily lunch beyond porridge · Deliver more Bible resources.
The harvest fields in Siaya are ripe. As Kingdom Connection Youth Kenya, we remain committed to bringing deliverance, encouragement, and transformation to every child we reach.
